We offer a used, high-performance universal AC variable speed drive: Control Techniques Unidrive UNI1405 (Unidrive Classic series). This drive combines support for induction motors (open/closed loop) and advanced servo systems.

The device has undergone a complete visual and mechanical refurbishment – it has been fitted with a brand new external plastic housing, making the drive look flawless. The electronics have been thoroughly and successfully tested on our service test bench under full dynamic load.

Technical specification and tested functionality:

✓ Factory model and construction: UNI1405 (Size 1).
✓ Electrical ratings: Three-phase supply 3x380-480 V AC. Rated output current: 9.5 A. Nominal motor power: 4.0 kW (5 HP).
✓ Visual condition: Perfect – equipped with a new housing (cover/plastics). No signs of external wear.
✓ Advanced service tests: The drive has been rigorously tested and verified in the demanding servo mode (Closed-loop Servo) with an AC brushless servomotor.
✓ Communication and software: Confirmed, fully stable communication with dedicated Control Techniques software tools: CT-Soft (CTSoft) and SyptPro (Sypt Pro).
✓ Compatibility with Large Option Modules: The drive is fully ready to be expanded with UD-series modules. The following optional cards are available in our stock upon request:
• UD73: Profibus-DP communication module,
• UD70: Advanced application co-processor (PLC),
• UD75: High-speed system network card (CTNet),
• UD51 / UD52 / UD53: Feedback modules for extra encoders (Resolver, Second Encoder, SinCos).
