• ✔ Measuring Encoder Interface: SI-Universal Encoder module for secondary feedback integration.
• ✔ Safety System: Certified Pilz PNOZ S5 safety relay.
• ✔ HMI Interface: Delta DOP-series 4" touch panel – process visualization and system diagnostics.
• ✔ Feedback Unit: Incremental encoder with 2048 ppr resolution.
• ✔ Energy Management: Dynamic braking resistor sized for high-duty reciprocating cycles.
